Very occasionally our order confirmation email isn’t received (it’s only happened twice). We can see when this occurs and will send an additional email to you for your piece of mind. If this happens reset assured that everything with your order is totally fine.

We guarantee to ship all orders within 2-7 business days and the average is 1-3 days.

It depends on what you have ordered. Some of our items ship from the US and some from Australia (you can see where an item ships from in the “Delivery Info” tab on the product page).

Items shipped from and delivered to the US can except to be received in around 10 business days.

Items shipped from the US and delivered internationally can except to be received in 2-4 weeks.

Items shipped from and delivered to Australia can except to be received in around 10 business days.

Items shipped from Australia and delivered internationally can except to be received in 2-4 weeks.

Occasionally orders can be delayed due to factors beyond our control in the delivery process. Sometimes international orders get held up at customs for example.

We have a delivery guarantee so if in the unlikely case your gear goes missing we’ll ship it again for free.

It depends on what you order and where your order is going. Some of our range ships from the US and some from Australia. Items that are shipped from and delivered to the US have tracking. Items that are shipped from and delivered to Australia mostly have tracking. All other orders generally don’t have tracking however with our delivery guarantee if your order doesn’t arrive we’ll ship it again free of charge.

Yes! We ship all over the world. If your country is not found when you checkout send us an email to info@golfhard.club and we’ll see what we can do.

To return an item flick us an email at info@golfhard.club and we’ll advise you on the course of action.

Defective items can be returned for free within 7 days of receiving the item. For more info on returns please read our Returns Policy

Sometimes we will ship items in separate packages. We do this to offer the best shipping prices we can (we don’t overcharge our shipping rates and in fact sometimes it costs us more than you pay for shipping). We also do it to protect your item. All hats are shipped in rigid boxes to protect them from being damaged in transit.
