It’s up to you and who you are playing whether one of you will receive shots from the other. If you’re playing for bread, we’d suggest you have proof that their handicap is legit.

If you edit a match that has already been accepted by another player, the match will go into a pending state until they accept the new match. If another player hasn’t joined the match then you can edit it without going into a pending state.

When you create a match you can invite a player to accept it. Once created the match will go into a pending state until the invited player either accepts or declines the match.

If you beat a player you haven’t played before you get 3 points. If you tie, you both get 1 point. If you lose, you get 0. If you have played before, you get 0.5 for a win and 0 for a tie.

We guarantee to ship all orders within 2-7 business days and the average is 1-3 days.

It depends on what you have ordered, where you live and the shipping option you choose.

Generally, items delivered to the US can expect to be received in around 10 business days or less.

Items delivered internationally can expect to be received in around 10-20 business days.

Occasionally orders can be delayed due to factors beyond our control in the delivery process. Sometimes international orders get held up at customs for example.

If it has been longer than 20 business days, feel free to send us an email and we’ll check up on it for you.

It depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout. Generally, the cheaper options for orders outside the US do not have tracking. Orders within the US have tracking.

Yes! We ship all over the world. If your country is not found when you checkout send us an email to info@golfhard.club and we’ll see what we can do.

To return an item flick us an email at info@golfhard.club and we’ll advise you on the course of action.

Defective items can be returned for free within 7 days of receiving the item. For more info on returns please read our Returns Policy

Sometimes we will ship items in separate packages. We do this to offer the best shipping prices we can (we don’t overcharge our shipping rates and in fact sometimes it costs us more than you pay for shipping). We also do it to protect your item. All hats are shipped in rigid boxes to protect them from being damaged in transit.
